Women of Color Leadership Program
About
The Women of Color (WOC) Leadership Program is led through a yearly vetted coaching position to ensure the program continues to reflect the lived experiences, expertise, and leadership of women of color.

The Program
Each year, women of color will be invited to submit a Request for Proposals (RFP) to serve as the program coach. Selected coaches bring professional experience in leadership development, coaching, and community-centered work, and will be chosen through a review process aligned with the values and mission of The CommUnity Project.
The selected coach will work directly with participants through monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, supporting individual leadership goals, professional development, and personal growth.
